Farming for Food Quality Symposium

November 10, 2006; Vancouver, WA

To create a better understanding of how food quality is measured and the factors that influence food quality, including crop genetics and production practices. By providing information that links food quality to specific practices, purchasers, handlers, and consumers can make better choices regarding production practices and purchasing.
